I’m Amber Simmons, a mortgage loan officer who believes this work is first and foremost about service. I approach every client relationship with humility, integrity, and an education-first mindset—so people feel informed, supported, and at peace as they make important financial decisions.

As part of a military family myself, I have a deep passion for serving military members and veterans. I understand the unique challenges that come with military life, and I’m committed to helping those families navigate homeownership with clarity, respect, and care. Whether working with VA loans or other financing options, my role is to advocate for my clients and guide them wisely toward what’s best for their long-term well-being.

Family is at the center of everything I do. As a wife and mother of four, I understand that a home is more than a transaction—it’s where stability, growth, and memories are built. I also believe strongly in the power of teamwork. I value working closely with my team and industry partners to ensure every client receives consistent communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and a smooth experience from start to finish.
