Joshua Robert Congdon

Before stepping into the role of a mortgage originator, Josh gained valuable experience from the ground up, serving as a Loan Officer Assistant since 2021. He has supported many of our top producers with every aspect of their clients’ loans and has taken the initiative to deepen his knowledge of real estate financing. Now, Josh applies these skills to assist his clients in navigating the home-buying process.

A graduate of Wofford College with a degree in finance, Josh was also a college athlete, playing baseball for the Wofford team and earning a spot on the Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll. In his free time, he is an active member of Shandon Baptist Church and enjoys golfing, fishing, and working out when he isn’t helping his clients achieve their dreams of homeownership.
