Roberto and Denise were THE Dream Team. I’m a Real Estate Broker of 16 years and this time I was also the buyer. I was super impressed with their communication, knowledge, and the personal touch they both added to my transaction. As a Realtor, you want the lender part of the transaction to go smooth so that you can get to the finish line and close, and as the buyer you get frustrated with all of the documents you need to provide and the words “conditions” and “underwriting” causes one of your eyes to twitch. LOL! With most lenders, each document or explanation you provide takes hours or days for a response, only to find out you need more and the clock is ticking and you become anxious and feel defeated. But not with Roberto and Denise. They were so attentive and pros at giving updates. I truly appreciated that from both roles I was filling. I’ll recommend buyers to you for sure!
