A Little Bit About Tiphanie

With over 30 years of experience in banking, including extensive leadership in real estate and business lending, I now serve as a Mortgage Loan Officer dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the home loan process with clarity, confidence, and the right strategy.

I believe lending is more than a transaction, it’s a relationship. My approach is rooted in understanding your goals, educating you along the way, and ensuring you are placed in the right loan for your unique situation, not simply what is easiest or most convenient.

Throughout my career, I have led teams, developed people, and built lasting relationships within the communities I serve. Whether in a leadership role or working one-on-one with clients, my focus has always remained the same: to serve with integrity, communicate clearly, and advocate fully for those who trust me with one of life’s most important decisions.

As an entrepreneur alongside my husband, Allen, we are real estate investors and business owners of The Highland Homeplace, Little Montana Ranch, and Little Creek Corral, a horse training business. This hands-on experience gives me a deeper understanding of homeownership, investment properties, and building long-term financial stability—not just from a professional perspective, but from real life.
I am also a Certified Financial Education Instructor, and one of my greatest passions is helping others build a strong financial foundation so they can move forward with confidence and purpose.

In addition to lending, I serve as the Executive Director of Horse Hugs, a faith-based equine ministry focused on helping individuals find healing, hope, and purpose. This calling deeply shapes how I serve both personally and professionally.
