After serving numerous years in the mortgage industry, I saw room for improvement and in 2005 Integrity Home Mortgage Corporation (IHMC) opened its doors. I wanted to create an environment that provided my sales team with hassle free and smooth loan transactions. Even with my duties of running a company, I still find time to originate loans and so I understand the day to day nuances of working in the home financing business.
I believe in the open door policy and make myself available to not only my sales team but also supporting staff. I strive to provide a quick, decisive response to new market changes and making Integrity adaptable to meet the needs of my sales team, their clients and referral partners.
I don’t want to be the biggest mortgage company, I want to be the best.

I’ve had the pleasure of working in the mortgage banking industry for over 22 years, holding positions as Loan Originator, Producing Sales Manager, Owner, VP Sales & Business Development, SVP Divisional Manager of multi-state markets & now CEO. I’ve been fortunate to sustain a successful track record of delivering quantifiable results in the areas of business development, P&L management & talent acquisition.
My dedication to relationships within the mortgage industry has been built with the mindset of “People First”. My responsibility and purpose is to invest into the team so that they can grow professionally and personally.
