Step One
Contact mortgage loan originator to submit a pre-qualification request to determine how much you can afford before house hunting. You will then meet with your real estate agent and begin the journey of finding a home that suits your needs.
Step Two
Once you find your home and have a signed ratified contract you will meet with your mortgage loan originator to submit a mortgage loan application. You will then proceed through the mortgage loan process.
This includes processing where the collecting of initial financial documentation will be gathered, and the appraisal will be ordered. Next underwriting will verify the information submitted in your file along with the property appraisal to make sure you meet program guidelines and requirements.
