My overall experience was stressful but easy. Lori was on top of everything and made my life easier. She was very knowledgeable on every topic and always available. Never left me out the loop always communicated. The online portal was my favorite part just getting emails of the milestone and having a description underneath to explain what each milestone meant. I love the checklist and how organized it was. I also love Lori attitude also willing to help and takes criticism well and willing to better herself. I enjoyed the process it was an experience and love that even after I close I can always contact Lori for anything and she will always be here for me. Amazing person will definitely recommend her she is straightforward no sugarcoat and that’s what we need in the world.
