When I bought my first home in 2012, Pete Chilberg did my loan. He was the absolute best part of the process, and was way know knowledgeable than our agent at the time. So in 2025 when we needed a refinance resulting from a divorce, I sought Pete regardless of the company he was with. I got the same Pete I remembered from before. He was extremely patient in helping us navigate the process, and was always quick to move things along when the ball was in his court. I am convinced that Pete Chilberg is the best Loan guy on the planet.
