Josh was one of 3 lenders that I spoke to initially and the other 2 have been Lenders for 25 plus years. Josh was able to get me lower prices and save me money! Josh was very thorough, explained everything to me to where I understood! He made sure to update me every step of the way. Whether is was during hours or after hours, he was always in touch and available to talk. If I ever reached out and he didn’t answer, he would text me that he was in a meeting and let me know he would contact me ASAP after. This guy knows his stuff, he’s on it and I would hands down recommend him if you need a lender! As someone who has always worked in customer facing roles with high customer service, I honestly can’t think of one thing that he could have done better!
