Dave, thank you for attending the closing yesterday for my son Curtis. I especially wanted to be there so I could personally thank you for all you did for Curtis but I had a previous commitment.
You were just great Dave. You were with Curtis through the entire process. With no agents involved, I realize that you had a lot more to do than in most mortgages.
