I enjoyed working with everyone. They were there for us in every step of the process. The loan officer explained what we could do to improve our chances of receiving a decent loan and didn’t make us feel like it was impossible. If we had any question someone was always available to answer those questions. I love that we were provided a concierge service, which really helped us get out water, electricity, and other services setup at our new house.
