Carlos Rendon and Denise Gomez were excellent. We had a bit of a situation due to specific Fannie Mae Condo requirements in the underwriting process, and Carlos took the time to communicate to a somewhat temperamental listing agent what the hold up was. This extra bit of effort calmed the seller’s side and helped us stay on track for closing. I would recommend them both to anyone!
