This was the second time we have used Dave Spencer and his Integrity Mortgage team. First for a re-fi, and most recently for the purchase of adjoining lot. Two separate types of mortgage and quite a bit to work through, and these folks did an outstanding job making sure we fully understood each process and every step as we progressed.
