If we could give William and his team 10 stars +, we would. We’re not new homeowners and understand that the process with home buying can be time consuming, well at least that’s what we thought. We’ve never experienced a lender and mortgage professional with a process that was extremely seamless. William allowed us to have fun, enjoy the home hunting process, no pressure, providing us with the best advice, all while getting us pre-approved and closing on a home that met every check mark on our must haves in our new home. I’m still in awe after 9 days from our purchase, June 21, 2024.
