A Little Bit About Linda

I have 40 years of experience covering all facets of the mortgage banking industry. My years in the mortgage industry include processing, closing, underwriting and originating. Having excelled in all of these areas over my career has made a profound difference in my ability to guide borrowers from start to finish in purchasing, building or refinancing a home.

In my career I have led and managed offices with several employees. I am one that leads by example, stressing a committed work ethic and extreme attention to detail. These are the same expectations I keep of myself and instill in all my past, current and future teammates.

I have been in the top tier of loan officers for all the companies I have worked over my career and hold multiple lending awards from institutions such as VHDA, etc. I have worked with all individuals from first time homebuyers to investors looking to expand their real estate portfolio. All of this success comes from treating every client as an individual and taking the time to understand their many different needs and wants.
