I can’t say enough good things about Byron and his team (Nathan and Shawn). By far they are the most knowledgeable in the area. I went through FIVE lenders and when we got to a certain point in the process, there were issues. Byron and his team understand the complexities of various tax returns including trusts, both revocable and irrevocable. Byron and his team, along with his underwriters, made the process so smooth. When I say smooth it was like paint by numbers. They made sure that I understood exactly what I needed to do as far as providing documentation, reducing credit card debt etc. For anyone out there who thinks you can’t get a loan, please don’t lose hope. I would give them more stars if I could. I will have to say they raised the bar high for other mortgage companies. First of all they actually answer the phone when you call, they do not have an automated system that wants you to press buttons to get where you want to be. They helped us get a loan on a home as we were in the process of selling ours and they made the transition as seamless as possible.
