A Little Bit About Casey

Casey Cochran is an experienced mortgage loan officer with Integrity Home Mortgage Corporation. Casey’s passion has always been to change her clients’ perception of the mortgage experience from one that’s transaction-based to one built on a relationship with a trusted partner- a partner who they can look to for expertise in an evolving market environment and to be their advocate in what is likely one of the biggest financial transactions of their lives.

Casey learned the mortgage industry from the inside out- the best way to learn- and is experienced with creative financing options, having worked for one of the leaders in the Non-QM space. She has long enjoyed the challenge of working with self-employed borrowers and has become an expert at preparing them for successful mortgage transactions.

In her free time, Casey enjoys DIY, inspired by her dad for whom she has held many a flashlight, and spending time with her husband, a physician assistant, and her young son. If she’s not working, you might find her driving the “toddler taxi”- if you know, you know.
