A Little Bit About Dave

Dave grew up in Illinois and is a graduate from Western Illinois University.  He first came to the area on a business trip in 1993 where he met the lovely Betsy Armstrong who has lifelong ties to the community.  After some years of courtship, the two were married and thereafter decided Culpeper would be their forever home.

Living, working and raising his sons Ben and Jack has given Dave a thorough knowledge of the local community and real estate market. His broad business and financial background enable Dave to fully assess client requirements and place them in the ideal loan package to meet their particular needs.  “I ask the right questions to ensure I provide a home loan that will not only benefit my clients now but for many years to come.”
