A Little Bit About Eleni

Eleni Grosskopf is a Mortgage Loan Originator with over a decade of experience in consumer finance, lending, and residential mortgages. A homeowner and an investment property owner, including a professionally operated short-term rental (The Brynn), Eleni brings firsthand insight into both personal homeownership and real estate investing. She is a graduate of East Carolina University and has spent more than 14 years working aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, including over six years supporting MARSOC—experience that informs her disciplined, detail-driven approach and deep understanding of military relocations.

Eleni takes a comprehensive view of each client’s financial picture, aligning mortgage strategy with both short- and long-term goals. She specializes in VA and Conventional loans, North Carolina relocations, and advising clients on adding rental properties to their investment portfolios. Known for her proactive approach, Eleni gathers all documentation upfront during pre-approval to mitigate issues before clients go under contract—ensuring a smooth, confident experience. She works with clients seeking a thoughtful, well-prepared approach to homeownership and real estate investing.

Outside of work you can find her with a coffee in hand, at her Pilates studio, the beach, or spending time with her dogs, Kuzco & Yzma.
