Kate was extremely professional while being fun and enjoyable to work with. She takes her work very serious, and truly showed that she cares about making the process of buying a new home as easy as possible .

Kate did a great job explaining everything and walking us through the entire process. She came in at the last minute with a big mess to clean up from the previous lender and a very short amount of time to get everything done. She was professional, respectful, and never made us feel like we were asking "a dumb question" or like we should have already known something and if she was ever frustrated we were unable to tell due to her excellent composure. It was such a wonderful experience and it truly turned a stressful situation into a joyful one.
