With over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I bring a level of knowledge and perspective that only comes from navigating multiple market cycles and evolving lending environments. My career began as a Loan Processor, where I developed a deep understanding of the loan process from the ground up. I quickly advanced to Delegated Underwriting, gaining firsthand insight into how loans are approved—and what can cause them to fall apart.

Since becoming a Senior Loan Officer in 2003, I have combined that behind-the-scenes expertise with a client-first approach to deliver a smoother, more strategic lending experience. My background allows me to anticipate potential challenges early, structure loans thoughtfully, and proactively solve problems before they ever impact closing timelines.

I believe every borrower deserves a personalized strategy—not a one-size-fits-all solution. By taking the time to understand each client’s financial goals, I am able to match them with the right program for both their short-term needs and long-term success. In a constantly changing market, I stay ahead of guideline updates and product offerings to ensure my clients always have access to the best options available.
