A Little Bit About Sarah

As a third-generation Wilmington, NC native, Sarah is excited to bring her local knowledge and experience to her clients. After completing her Master’s degree, Sarah began her career as a Licensed Mortgage Advisor. She takes a collaborative approach with borrowers, ensuring they are well-informed and supported throughout the homebuying process. She offers VA, FHA, JUMBO and Conventional Loans, as well as a portfolio suite of products to meet unique home loan needs, including products for self-employed borrowers and custom homes. Her specialties include VA loans, new construction, JUMBO loans and investment properties.  In her free time, Sarah likes spending time outside, hiking and boating with her family.
